Kelsey Waters

Kelsey Waters is the owner of California Manners and a trusted etiquette consultant, dedicated to teaching individuals from all walks of life the art of grace, poise, and meaningful social interactions. Having studied under Angela Sturdivant, the Founder of California Manners, Kelsey brings over three years of professional training to her business, where she combines her passion for etiquette with a wellness-centered approach.
With extensive experience, Kelsey has taught children's manners classes across Southern California, including in Temecula, Murrieta, Encinitas, and nearby areas. She has hosted etiquette tea parties, led enchanted princess camps, and helped organize a two-week summer camp at Pauma Valley Country Club. Her work also includes assisting with business etiquette dinners at various colleges. In addition to public classes, Kelsey offers private etiquette training for events like birthday parties, family gatherings, and personalized coaching sessions.
Kelsey takes pride in delivering practical, thoughtful guidance that empowers individuals with the skills and confidence to thrive in any social setting. Through California Manners, she envisions etiquette as a tool for personal wellness, helping people communicate effectively, build relationships, and live with grace and confidence.

Angela Sturdivant

As the director of California Manners, Angela Sturdivant develops and presents a full range of programs in business and social etiquette. She has been instructing etiquette programs for children and adults in conjunction with the cities of Temecula, Murrieta and Fallbrook since 2002. She designs and delivers etiquette programs for the Temecula School District as well as etiquette and protocol presentations to corporations and professional associations.

Mrs. Sturdivant has taught at many private schools including Van Avery Preparatory School, where she created and taught an ongoing manners curriculum for their after-school “American Girl Program.” She single-handedly envisioned, designed and implemented a Spring Patriots Cotillion at Temecula Preparatory School for over 120 students instructing them in dining and dancing. She has also designed and carried out programs for the Safe Families Program, The Girl Scouts of America, and Adult Bridge students at Great Oak High School, The Vail Ranch Middle School After-School Program and the Luiseno Elementary School After-School Enrichment Program. She also originated and oversaw the City of Temecula’s Annual Spring Cotillion. The Public Libraries of Murrieta and Temecula have hired her to teach dining classes as well as business etiquette classes. She is quite proud of teaching over 2,800 students since 2002 in Southern California. This will be her third year of putting on a 2 week summer camp for Pauma Valley Country Club.

She has also taught classes for Aflac Insurance, Squar Milnar, Pechanga Band of Luiseno Indians, Pala Band of Mission Indians, Cerritos Community College, Rancho Santiago Community College, Julian Charter School, Inspire Charter School, The Kimberly Juniors Program in Redlands.
